LARA SERVIS s.r.o. has been operating since 2009. The company owns and manages a 135,000 m² site in the Čab Industrial Zone, where it rents out 27 buildings of various kinds: warehouses and production halls, workshops, offices, garages and more than 22,000 m² of paved and covered yards for parking machinery or storing materials. A further 28,000+ m² of undeveloped land is ready for new buildings.
Several sites and companies operate in the Čab Industrial Zone. You will find our site at Lahne 266; access is through our gatehouse with security staff.
The site is fenced and guarded around the clock. Entry is controlled by automatic barriers supervised by security staff, and the whole site is monitored by a CCTV system with more than 35 cameras. Tenants have access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We offer tenants more than just a roof. We handle loading and unloading with forklifts, provide parking for your vehicles and can arrange transport through trusted partners.
We can adapt the spaces to suit your operations. We offer long-term leases.

Each building is labelled with a type code and a number, e.g. SH2 is the second warehouse (SH = warehouse, VH = production hall, A = offices, D = workshop, G = garage, SP = paved yard, KP = covered yard, P = car park). The plan is indicative only and not a basis for land surveying.

We do not run our own fleet, but we can arrange transport of your goods through trusted carriers.
Shipment paperwork
We take care of the documents that go with your goods: we issue delivery notes, confirm transport documents (CMR) and record the condition of each shipment on receipt. Any damage is documented with photos.
